Fireplace Options
Coopersmith - Brandywine

Coopersmith & Brandywine homes have a Vent Free Gas Fireplace option as well as an Electric Fireplace options known as Linear Fireplace. Both Fireplaces are an added option and are explained below with customization choices that can be selected. The Gas Fireplace will require a mantel & surround. The Linear Fireplace mounts direct with your choice of ember and flame color. A tile wall surround may be added as well.

Electric Linear Fireplace
Installation of Napoleon Alluravision in 42 inch, 50 inch or 60 inch. Interior color flame options are available. Larger sizes, Flame & Stone Colors are added costs. Tile wall surrounds are available on the flooring & tile section of the design website: Link to Tile Page
