For the Coopersmith, Coopersmith Extended, Brandywine Extended Collections:
Lower Level Entryway (garage to stairway): 3/8 inch pre-engineered flooring to match the Living Floor
Lower Level Optional Flex Room or Bedroom: 3/8 inch pre-engineered flooring in the Entryway, carpet in the Flex Room or Bedroom
Stairs from the Lower Level to the Living Floor: stained to match the color of the hardwood selected
Living Floor: Hardwood is included and can also be upgraded
Powder Room: The Powder Room is Hardwood and can be upgraded to a tile
Stairs from the Living Floor to the Private Floor: stained to match the color of the hardwood selected
Private Floor: The Private floor is included with carpet. The carpet can be upgraded. Homeowners may also opt for hardwood or an upgraded hardwood. Hardwood can be upgraded in the hallway, the hallway & the master suite or the entire Private Floor.
If you opt for the Optional Loft:
Stairs to the Loft: These stairs come with carpet. The stairs will be stained to match the hardwood color that is selected in the hallway of the Private Floor.
Loft: The loft is constructed with carpet included. Similar to the Private Floor, the Loft Floor can have an upgraded carpet or a hardwood option.
All full bathrooms are installed with tile which can also be upgraded.
Backsplash may be added to the kitchen and Listello in any bathroom.
Tile for Linear Fireplace surround is also available as an option.
For the Montchanin Collection:
Living Floor: Hardwood is included in the entire Living Floor and can also be upgraded
Stairs from the Living Floor to the Private Floor: stained to match the color of the hardwood selected
Private Floor: The Private floor is included with carpet. The carpet can be upgraded. Homeowners may also opt for hardwood or an upgraded hardwood. Hardwood can be upgraded in the hallway, the hallway & the master suite or the entire Private Floor.
Powder Room: Hardwood is included, tile may be upgraded
If you opt for the Optional Loft:
Stairs to the Loft: These stairs come with carpet. The stairs will be stained to match the hardwood color that is selected in the hallway of the Private Floor.
Loft: The loft is constructed with carpet included. Similar to the Private Floor, the Loft Floor can have an upgraded carpet or a hardwood option.
If you opt for the Optional Finished Garden Level:
Stairs to the Garden Level: Carpet is included but the stairs can be adjusted if a different flooring material is selected for the Garden Level
Garden Level: Carpet is included with the Finished Garden Level option. A Luxury Vinyl Flooring or Tile can also be selected as an optional upgrade.
All full bathrooms are installed with tile which can also be upgraded.
