Five starting floorplans are available for your selection. Once you decide, our Customer Care team will work with you to customize your home, making your home truly yours. The first part of the Agreement of Sales is to confirm the Structural Customization of your home. The interior selections will come later!

 Our selections coordinator will ASSIST YOU IN customizING YOUR interior selections IN YOUR NEW HOME.

6. Obtain your mortgage 

commitment. 

At this stage the customization is over and you will work with your mortgage lender to prepare for the mortgage  commitment.

Pre-Dry wall walk & PRE-CLOSING WALK

It's exciting to see your new home being built!

Each Home Owner schedules a pre-dry wall walk during the construction phase and two pre-settlement walks: one about a week before closing and one on the day of closing!  Typically the construction and selections team are apart of this walk: Production Manager, Construction Manager and Selections Coordinator.
